Mark Beeston - President

Mark Beeston joined T-Zero® as President in 2005 after a 13 year career at Deutsche Bank within Global Markets. 

T-Zero® was launched in July 2005 in response to the derivatives industry need for a scalable solution enabling accurate capture of trade data and the leveraging of that data in other downstream applications.  Since its launch, T-Zero® has attracted over 12 major dealers and over 140 buy-side clients to join the platform.  It has established an alliance with Bloomberg that sees the T-Zero® application delivered via the Bloomberg Professional desktop service, placing the product on the desktop of virtually every participant in the derivatives market.

At Deutsche Bank Mark was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for Global Credit Trading. Prior to this Mark served as Chief Operating Officer of OTC Derivatives at Deutsche following nearly a decade as a derivatives trader and manager.  He has represented Global Markets and Deutsche Bank on a number of key industry initiatives including the DTCC DerivServ Board, the Mark-It Partners Board and RED.  He has also represented Deutsche Bank on the boards of ISDA, Swapclear, Swapswire and FpML.

Clive de Ruig - T-Zero®, Head of North America

Clive de Ruig joined T-Zero® as European Marketer in October 2005. Shortly after joining, Clive assumed the position of Head of European Marketing, responsible for the development and growth of the European dealer, buy-side, and prime brokerage client base. Clive has subsequently assumed the position of Head of North America, where he oversees Marketing and Client Services, working with the US team to continue the firm’s Global expansion.

Prior to joining T-Zero®, Clive held the position of Business Development Specialist at GFI focussed on credit derivatives data and analytics. Clive studied business studies at Anglia University, bringing a wealth of credit derivative experience to T-Zero®.

Ben Lis - Head of Product Management & Integration

Ben Lis is Head of Product Management & Integration for T-Zero®. In this role he is responsible for ensuring T-Zero®'s customers can effectively and easily use T-Zero®'s post-trade messaging platform. Ben has been with the firm since its inception in July, 2005. Prior to joining T-Zero®, he spent the previous 5 ½ years as Deputy CTO at Creditex where he made significant contributions to the firm’s data infrastructure and STP efforts. Earlier in his career he worked in the information technology groups at Tiger Management and Citigroup. Ben also serves as the Chairman of the FpML Credit Derivatives Working Group.

Ben has an M.S. in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.S. in mathematics from Montclair State University where he graduated summa cum laude.

Bianca Ruiz - Head of European Client Services

Bianca Ruiz joined T-Zero® in April 2005 as Head of European Client Services, bringing a wealth of credit derivatives experience. Bianca is responsible for managing the client on-boarding process and ensuring connectivity between dealers and clients.

Prior to joining T-Zero®, Bianca held the position of Priority Client Manager for hedge funds and large Asset Managers at Deutsche Bank. Bianca holds a degree in foreign languages from Saalburgschule Usingen in Germany.

Jen Collet - Business and On-Boarding Manager

Jen Collet joined T-Zero® as Business and On-boarding Manager in October 2005, responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle. Jen's key focus is to maximise user participation and increase efficiency on the T-Zero® platform.

Prior to T-Zero®, Jen held senior project management positions at Datek and Ameritrade, responsible for managing complex products and projects, from concept through to post implementation. In addition, she worked at TIAA-CREF.

Jen graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French. Jen also holds a Masters in Business Administration from AB Freeman School of Business, Tulane University in Finance and General Management.
