tZERO Digital Asset Securities, LLC is authorized to custody, clear, and settle digital asset securities under US securities law, controlling its own wallets and private keys on behalf of direct clients and broker-dealer correspondents.

Regulated Alternative Trading System (ATS)

tZERO’s Alternative Trading System (ATS), operated by tZERO Securities, LLC, is SEC-regulated for the trading of digital asset securities in the U.S. The ATS has been supporting secondary trading for digital securities since in 2019, providing liquidity for tokenized equities, debt instruments, and other real-world assets.

Registered Broker-Dealer

tZERO Securities, LLC is a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC, enabling the company to facilitate the full spectrum of brokerage services for digital and traditional securities — from investor onboarding and accreditation verification to order execution and transaction reporting. It is the operator of the tZERO Securities ATS.

SEC-Registered Transfer Agent

As part of its full-stack infrastructure, tZERO operates as an SEC-registered transfer agent, providing real-time investor management, cap table recordkeeping, and corporate action processing for tokenized securities issuers.

tZERO Capital Partners, LLC is an exempt reporting advisor in the state of Utah.

tZERO Introducing Broker, LLC is a CFTC-registered introducing broker and NFA member firm.

Pending CFTC Licenses (DCO/DCM/IB)

tZERO has filed applications for Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Introducing Broker licenses with the CFTC, extending its regulatory footprint into derivatives markets for digital assets.
